  1. Water Drink a lot of water. Literally. Maybe a gallon per day or even more if you have kidney stones. Eventually, you’ll flush them out.
  2. Onion decoction Here’s how you can make an onion decoction: Boil 2 to 3 small onions in pot with one glass of water for about 15 minutes. Drain the water, add some sugar in it, and drink 3 times a day for good results. 3. Lemon juice & Olive oil This recipe claims to help break down smaller kidney stones and flush them out. Here’s how to take it: ¼ cup of lemon juice and the same amount of olive oil, then add 240 ml water. Drink it 3 times per day. 4. Lemon juice with honey or black salt Lemon juice on its own in warm or plain water is said to be very effective for kidney stones. A dash of honey or sugar makes it even better. 5.
